The Ultra Bond Cleanse and Deep Treatment helps to reduce breakage in damaged hair. The toner leaves hair looking up to twice as shiny after just one use. It tones hair in 5 minutes or less with aginiane, which helps in bonding. It contains no ammonia.
For pre-lightened hair, the toner should be applied to damp, pre-lightened hair and left for up to 5 minutes before rinsing and using Ultra Bond shampoo and conditioner. For previously colored hair, the toner can be applied to damp or dry hair, left for up to 5 minutes, and then rinsed before using Ultra Bond shampoo and conditioner.
Mixing different 5-Minute Express Toner shades can create customized tones, and mixing Icy Shine Gloss with the toner shades can lighten the end result. Icy Shine Gloss can also be used alone for added shine.
